Upload routing:
Files ending in .bin, .txt, or .xdf will be placed in the public /tuning/uploads/ folder.
All other file types will be placed in the /tuning/uploads/JUNK UPLOADS/ folder for administrator review.
It may take the administrator some time to review uploaded files and move them to the correct directory.
